Butter Review

Looking for a different product. It doesn't melt on a baked potato and the taste is not butter like. We've used it for 30 years. Not anymore.

Lipton diet lemon tea

My wife and I have been drinking Lipton diet lemon tea in the 16.9 oz. size for years. We love it. Now I am told by my local distributor it will no longer be available. We also consume large amounts of diet Pepsi. Switched from coke 20 years ago, probably time to switch back. So much for customer loyalty, I feel we have been thrown under the bus. I called Safeway, the local distributor, and why the *** do I have to enter 100 words, when I can express myself in less? How is this, Pepsi sucks, really sucks, drink Coke, they don't *** over.

They've wrecked "I can't believe it's not butter"

We agree with the negative reviews. The new recipe is terrible. The first to notice the change was one of our elderly cats. One of her few remaining pleasures was a lick or two of the former product. The first time we brought home one of the new containers, she spotted the familiar yellow. I took off the lid and put a little bit out for her to lick. Always before, this was a huge treat. This time she sniffed, looked peeved, and walked away. She could immediately tell the difference. We should have trusted her taste! She was absolutely right. It neither looks right nor tastes good on toast. Way more fake, although the advertising says more "natural." Sorry to add to the negative consumer sentiment, but folks up there at corporatre HQ need to hear it.

Your new so-called original formula for I Can't Believe It's Not Butter tastes like ***.

I will immediately switch to another brand that I have seen good reviews about and will have to throw out the purchase I wasted my money on. You obviously didn't taste test this formula with the public. I guess you people don't know how hard it is to get a customer back once they discover another product they like. This second paragraph is solely for the purpose of filling this complaint with words to satisfy your silly requirement of one hundred words. This requirement for verbosity rather than succinctness is curious indeed. Bah blah blah, blah blah, blah blah blah blah.

The NEW Original I Can't Believe It's Not Butter is terrible

For years we've been enjoying the round tub of ICBINB with 80 calories per tablespoon. Now the "new Original" in the square tub with 70 calories per tablespoon is worse than the cheapest margarines. The internet is loaded with complaints. To get this fixed, Unilever needs to see a reduction in sales. If you hate the new stuff, please quit buying it so Unilever will return to the "old Original" Why they didn't do some taste tests before changing the product is a big mystery to me. Why they retained the words "original" when they changed the ingredients, recipe, and the packaging is SIMPLY DISHONEST.

Bad Quality- Knorr soup

Unilever - Bad Quality- Knorr soup

Hi team,

I would like to file a complaint against Knorr Soup quality. I bought few packets of Knorr soup with Expiry date of 23 July 2014. Last week, few family members came to my house and we thought of making soups in the evening but when they were made , the taste was very bad as if the product got expired. We did not expect this bad quality from Unilever products.

It was quite shameful for us. We have lost trust in Knorr soups. Please stop manufacturing these bad quality products.

I strongly condemn the product quality of Knorr soups and I won't recommend this to anyone.

HORRIBLE: Suave Keratin Shampoo and Conditioner

I purchased this product at a local store and my two daughters and I have been using it for a little over two months. At first, I did notice that my hair was smoother and shinier. However, after the first month of use, I noticed a lot of hair breaking while I was combing the conditioner through my hair and during brushing. I thought the damage was from my flat iron, so first I cut about 8 inches off my hair to deal with the damaged ends (it had been over 6 months since my last haircut) and then stopped using the blow dryer and flat iron for a month. However, the breakage continued and started to alarm me. I thought it was weird that my flat iron and blow dryer would be causing that much damage since I have used both for nearly 10 years with no trouble. What tipped me off that the damage was being caused by the SHAMPOO and CONDITIONER was I noticed my 9-year-old's hair starting to break like crazy and I saw lots of flyaways in her waist-length hair. Her hair has NEVER broken like that before. She NEVER heat styles her hair (not even with a blow dryer) and NEVER uses styling products. After doing some Internet research, I discovered many other women having the same trouble with this shampoo and its accompanying conditioner. I even read about some women's hair falling out in clumps! JUST TO BE CLEAR: I am NOT confusing this product with Suave's 30-day Keratin Smoothing System, which has been discontinued. I also spoke with a stylist and was told that ANY Keratin shampoo will make your hair dry, brittle, and breakage prone after prolonged use because the Keratin builds up on the hair shaft. When I look at the broken hair that comes from my scalp, I can see the build-up and no, it's NOT the root. Now when I pull my hair back into a ponytail, there are all kinds of flyaways from broken hair and it just looks terrible. I am afraid I will have to cut my hair even shorter. It's back to As I AM's Coconut Cowash for me (available at Sally Beauty Supply)! I will NEVER buy a Suave or Unilever product again, nor will I allow a Keratin shampoo/conditioner product to touch my hair EVER. To be fair, my teenage daughter has not had the same trouble with this product. Her hair is a different texture than my and my younger daughter's hair. My teenager's hair is thick and straight, while my and my younger daughter's is thinner and very wavy.

Suave Keratin 30 Day Smoothing Treatment

Christiansen Davis Bullock, LLC is a Dallas law firm which has filed a suit on behalf of consumer’s injured by Suave’s Keratin Infusion 30 Day Smoothing Kit seeking damages for personal injuries to consumers by this product. As detailed in the Complaint, the product caused the women severe and possibly permanent damage to their hair, including hair loss to the point of visible bald spots, severe breakage, discoloration and even burning of the scalp.

The Complaint also states that this product claimed to be Keratin-based and formaldehyde free, suggesting to consumers it was free of dangerous chemicals. CDB understands that, in fact, the product's primary active ingredient is a chemical that straightens and damages hair. What little Keratin the product contains has little to do with the product’s efficacy. The product also uses a formaldehyde releasing compound despite its claim to be formaldehyde free.

If you have purchased any of the Products and/or are unsatisfied with the advertised results, we would like to visit with you as part of our investigation.

URGENT CASE UPDATE: Unilever Sends Out Notice of Pending Settlement in Suave’s 30 Day Keratin Treatment Kit

Dallas, TX | March 7, 2014

Unilever recently asked a court to approve a settlement that could bind all victims who have not yet settled their claims individually. In our opinion, the proposal is unfair to victims.

Reimbursement for efforts to repair damaged hair and for medical treatment would be limited to much less than what many actually spent out of pocket. The proposed settlement would also minimize compensation to victims for psychological injuries and would require victims go through a special process to prove they deserve any compensation for these injuries at all.

We can now make a request on your behalf to opt out of the proposed class action settlement. That will allow us to pursue your claim without the strict limitations and uncertain claims process required if the settlement is finally approved.

Call us to talk more about your options and how we can help you choose the best, quickest and easiest method for you to be compensated fairly for your injuries. Please call 214-838-**** ext.

Suave Keratin Shampoo wrecked my hair

I started using Suave Keratin Shampoo about 4 months ago. Since then my hair has had considerable breakage and is falling out.

My pony tail is so thin now!!! I stopped using it and the breakage is still happening. I'm scared I'm going to end up half bald. I saw on the news last night others are having this problem too.

Unilever should pull this product from the shelves!!!

I'm hoping the after effects of this will end soon and hoping my hair will grow back in. But for now, my hair is still ending up in my comb and brush at an alarming rate.

Breyers Ice Cream? NOT...Frozen Dessert

I have always purchased Breyers ice cream becuase it was just that; ice cream. Today I purchsed Butter Pecan and after half a bowl I thought my tastes had changed and wondered what was going wrong with me. Little did I know I was duped by my old friend. It isn't even ice cream anymore. They have all kinds of junk in it now and no longer will it ever sit in my freezer. Good job at cost cutting; idiots...There are many companies who think cheaper is better. It works for a short while and then you are done. Bye Bye Breyers.

I too am very disappointed with Breyers' frozen fake. I bought 2 containers of what I thought was ice cream in a 2-for-1 sale (peach, which I've loved since I was a child, and the new raspberry chocolate flavor).

I wish I had noticed the "frozen dairy dessert" name change and read the labels in the store -- I wouldn't have bothered. It still tastes better than some but it's not worth the price, even on sale, considering all the junky ingredients. About container shrinkage, Blue Bell and Publix premium brands still give you a real half gallon (unless they just changed when I wasn't looking) but I don't think anyone else does. Sad.

I think from now on I'll just visit an ice cream parlor for an occasional cone. Oh well, don't need the empty calories anyway.

"All we add is milk, cream, and sugar" They appear to be phasing their original recipe out and replacing it with the typical suite of gum thickeners. It's really sad.

I've been buying and evangelizing Breyers for almost 2 decades. I buy between 2 and 4 cartons a month.

Obviously I've been transitioning to Haagen Dazs since Unilever started driving Breyers into the ground. Haagen Dazs doesn't have the same fluffy texture the original Breyers had, but at least it's real ice cream.

Guest

I have to fully agree with Butterball's review. Breyers was always a favorite brand of mine, cherry vanilla being my usual flavor of choice.

I enjoyed it due to it being just ice cream, no odd "gums", preservatives or other such items. Now, this stuff is so diluted with such chemicals that it is literally not ice cream according to the FDA if I understand correctly. What was a quality brand for one mass produced nationwide is now a parody of itself. If one is old enough to remember the commericals from the 80's, they had a child trying to read a carton of another brand and not being able to even pronounce half the items listed as ingrediants.

I guess Breyers likes irony, if that add was aired today, the carton in the kid's hands would be Breyers. Although most brands of most products have shrunk their products while charging about the same price, I also noticed that as of June 2012 their carton is 1.4 liters. So not only have they truly cheapened the product to the point of it not being ice cream, their carton is the smallest of the lot of similar sized cartons. Most are at least 1.5 to 1.75 liters, still smaller then a half gallon but not shrunk as much.

I want to say there's even still a brand using half gallon cartons. If I want to buy chemicals that vaguely taste like something somewhat like ice cream, I can pick any generic product for that.

Why should I pick what was at one time a quality brand for the price like Breyers? I'd rather not eat a parody of ice cream.

My hair fell out, thanks Sauve

I just got finished using the product (Sauve KERATTIN Infusion) about an hour ago, and cant believe the damage done to my hair. I came online to see what the issue was and why this was happening. I see the product has been recalled because of this.. Thanks Sauve it will take months to get my hair to grow back. It was falling out as i rinsed my hair after the time with the product on my hair. My hair falls out in my hand, I cant even brush it. The blonde hair I was born with is in the garbage can now.
